    Holding over four years of business immigration experience, Ms. Lukanjuk has obtained non-immigrant visas for professionals in specialty occupations, multinational managers and executives, individuals with specialized knowledge, treaty traders, treaty investors and individuals with extraordinary ability. She is also well versed in immigrant visas for multinational managers and executives, researchers, scientists and individuals of extraordinary ability in addition to obtaining Alien Labor Certification under the PERM program from the U.S. Department of Labor. Ms. Lukanjuk is active in the immigration pro bono community and volunteers with the CUNY Citizenship Now! program since 2009, assisting immigrants living in New York as well as other states with naturalization, family based immigration, asylum and other areas of law.
