Ms. Cipani’s practice areas include corporate, commercial transactions, intellectual property, commercial real estate, and business-related immigration. She is highly accomplished in handling complex transactions, including joint ventures, and has collaborated in the Firm’s representation of many prominent clients in diverse fields, including: fashion, luxury goods, toys, design, and e-commerce, among others. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Cipani worked in the public interest arena and continues to do pro bono work.
