With more than fifteen years’ experience in U.S. Immigration & Nationality law, expertise includes all three facets of the immigration process from obtaining temporary work authorization (non-immigrant visas), to obtaining Lawful Permanent Resident status (all employment-based and family-based “Green Card”), to acquiring Naturalization (U.S. Citizenship) for individuals, as well as for employees of domestic and international companies. Also accomplished in specific immigration filings for Physical Therapists, Religious Workers, I-601 Waivers and VAWA, in addition to post immigration issues such as maintaining LPR status and issues of dual citizenship.
Extensive experience in managing accounts of corporate clientele and liaising with their HR departments, here and abroad. Advise HR personnel on employer compliance issues. Counsel companies as well as foreign nationals on short-term and long-term immigration goals and guide them through the complex immigration process.
