NIW], EB3-2), skilled labor (EB3-1), intracompany transferee (L-1A/L-1B, L-1 Blanket), multinational executives/managers (EB1-3), NAFTA (TN), exchange aliens (J-1), extraordinary ability (O-1/EB1-1), outstanding researchers (EB1-2) and labor certification (PERM). Additionally, he supports U.S. employers in immigration program management, worksite enforcement and employer compliance.     During his career, Mr. Gilbert has conducted seminars throughout the world on U.S. immigration topics. He frequently serves as a guest judge at New York University’s Annual National Immigration Moot Court competition and as a guest speaker on immigration topics at law schools and businesses throughout the United States.
