Before founding the Firm in 2000, Mr. Ferrante helped establish and eventually managed the New York office of an international law firm.  He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions, real estate and immigration matters, particularly for the Italian business community in the fields of fashion, furniture, architecture, design, jewelry, cuisine and manufacturing.  Most notably, Mr. Ferrante has successfully represented some of the most prominent Italian companies on the international market in a variety of complex scenarios, establishing a reputation for providing efficient, business-minded solutions.
